This residential project is meant for a future family of five, and was an exercise in restraint and future-proofing. Though the approach to the design was minimalist and focused on needs rather than form, the challenge for us was the evolving their evolving needs that gave way to several programming changes and increased the floor area of the structure.

Due to inflation of construction costs, this project is on-hold for construction indefinitely.
