Project Longboy

Project Longboy is a hospitality concept we designed for an adaptive reuse project located in Vigan, Ilocos Sur. Situated in one of the main cobblestone streets and formerly the old Coca-Cola office, the concept integrates a cafe, laundry shop, and hostel for travelers in the building.

The design is a colorful and playful spin on traditional design elements found in the old houses in Vigan, and makes use of geometric machuca tiles, detailed iron grillwork, and custom callado patterns. The exterior of the building is also refreshed to be more attractive to the target market while still retaining its spirit of place.
